How do I take the Liquid Multivitamin?
Adults 18 and older take 2 tablespoons (30 mL) once a day in the morning. You can take it with food, with juice or on an empty stomach. Shake the bottle well first, and do not exceed the recommended dose.
How many Shilajit gummies should I take?
One serving is 2 gummies. Each pouch holds 60 gummies, or 30 servings. Follow the directions on your label.
Are the shilajit gummies vegan?
Yes. They're made with plant pectin instead of animal gelatin and contain no artificial colors.
Can I take both products together?
